Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyCleanQuote AI, a service of JUANIRO PRODUCTS LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

MyCleanQuote AI provides configurable online estimating, lead capture and follow-up tools for cleaning businesses. Estimates generated by the service are informational and do not by themselves create a confirmed booking or binding customer contract.

SMS program

Program name: MyCleanQuote AI transactional estimate updates. If you separately opt in through an unchecked consent box, you may receive transactional text messages related to the specific cleaning estimate request you submitted, including confirmation, estimate-status and limited follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or making a purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not use purchased lists, cold outreach, pre-checked consent or third-party opt-ins.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except subcontractors acting solely to provide the requested support or message-delivery services.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials and all activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

Trials and subscriptions

Trial access may be limited by time or features. Paid service is billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Subscription, renewal and cancellation details are presented before purchase and managed through our payment provider.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or unsolicited communications; interfere with its security or operation; attempt to access another business's information; or copy, resell or reverse engineer protected parts of the service.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your pricing, services, customer commitments, legal notices, consent collection and compliance with laws applicable to your business and communications.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, MyCleanQuote AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
