MyCleanQuote AI, a service of JUANIRO PRODUCTS LLC, provides online estimating, lead capture and follow-up tools for cleaning businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

We may collect account information such as your name, business name, email address and phone number; estimator and lead information submitted through the service; billing and subscription references processed by our payment provider; and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide estimates and lead-management features, send requested transactional and follow-up communications, process subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and improve reliability.

SMS privacy and consent

If you separately opt in to SMS by actively selecting an unchecked consent box, we use your mobile phone number and consent record to send transactional messages related to the cleaning estimate request you submitted, including confirmations, estimate-status updates and limited follow-up messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or making a purchase.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data or messaging consent. Information may be shared with subcontractors solely as necessary to provide support services such as hosting, customer service, email or SMS delivery; those providers may not use the information for their own marketing.

We do not use purchased lists, cold outreach, pre-checked consent or third-party opt-ins. SMS opt-in data and consent are used only for the specific MyCleanQuote AI messaging program and sender to which the customer consented and cannot be transferred to another business.

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, payments, email and SMS delivery. They process information only as necessary to provide services to MyCleanQuote AI and may not use SMS opt-in data or consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Data choices and retention

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account information. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections, protected credentials and tenant isolation to safeguard information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
